Key People
Simon Davies
Simon has over 30 years experience as a business leader in both public and private sector. He also brings 15 years experience as a senior consultant working with organisations across the world.
Simon is a Certified Organization Design Practitioner. He brings deep and practical experience to organisation alignment, business transformation and change work. He has lead and facilitated over 75 major projects and trained more than 200 internal change agents. His work is rooted in proven organisation design and transformational change models but Simon brings a practical approach that creates clear focus, energy and engagement.
His experience ranges from large-scale, international organisation alignment work to re-designs of functions as well as lean service transformations. He is able to impart this know-how through coaching and training relationships, developing internal capability to drive and sustain change.
